POSEN SCHOOL - South Holland, IL
JMA has recently completed three
large school additions
for the Posen-Robbins School
District 143 1/2. Covering
over 83,000 square feet,
totaling $12M and with all three
locations erecting concurrently,
this project is an excellent
example of JMA’s ability to
provide sound strategic
planning.
JMA was selected to not only
design the project, but to
also serve as construction
manager. Three architects
teamed to formulate the design
and two construction
managers were on-site on a daily
basis to oversee
construction.
The project was on-time and
on-budget. The three sites
were substantially completed in
August of 2005.
