VILLAGE OF MONEE, ILLINOIS -
Public Safety Facility

The project consisted of design and construction of a new
public safety facility from an existing building. Specific
attention was given to reusing as many components of the
existing building as feasible in the final design. This 13,155
square foot facility contains four cells, a juvenile holding room, a secure evidence room with pass-thru lockers, a sallyport, a vehicle garage, a large training room, a workout area, a Men’s/Women’s locker room, Interview rooms, and abundant record storage.

Jacobs and Maciejewski Architects provided architectural/
engineering design services as well as construction
management services for the project. The project was
completed in seven months.
