VILLAGE OF SOUTH HOLLAND, ILLINOIS -
Police Facility and Village Hall

Fifty years after developing the South Holland Village Complex that consisted of a police station, fire station, township building, post office and library, JMA is once again working with the Village on their Town Center Redevelopment and Police Facility Addition. JMA proudly serves the Village of South Holland as their Village Architect in connection with the Town Center Redevelopment. We provide services relating to master planning, scheduling, and development plan review. Working with Village officials, we have assisted in the creation of a Planned Unit Development Ordinance that governs all new development in the Town Center District. We are charged with the maintenance of the Architectural Site Design Guidelines, which stipulate the criteria under which new developments are reviewed. Our staff provides official review of development plans submitted and brings recommendations to the Planning and Development Commission relative to new projects. Working with the Village’s Town Center Director, we facilitate communication between the multiple entities involved with each project.
