Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit -- Can show completed examples of Revit projects
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Minimum of 5-7 years non-residential experience
Licensed or Working Towards Licensure (IDP)

Job Title: Project Manager
Reports to: Principal Architect
Qualifications: Bachelor of Construction Management Technologies or equivalent degree
Proficient in Microsoft Project
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Minimum of 5-7 years non-residential experience
Job Description: The qualified candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of JMA projects and insuring that the instent of the construction documents is maintained. He/She will be on the job site continually and be available to the contractors to answer questions and maintain the schedule and budget. He/She will be responsible for creating ctirical path schedules for contractors and reviewing the schedule at weekly job meetings.
